- All notices referred to in these terms and conditions must be sent to info@elitesixes.co.uk
- Team Managers must be 18+ and are responsible for ensuring all players comply with the league eligibility rules and terms and conditions.
- All Players must be aged 16+or over the date they participate. League Officials reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any player or team found to have provided false information may be removed from the competition and fixtures maybe forfeited. All players must be Male
- Team Managers and Assistant Managers must each ensure that Players are provided with and familiar with these terms and conditions (as may be amended from time to time – see paragraph 4) including in particular those that expressly refer to Players and the Important Notices section at the end.
- We may change these terms from time to time to reflect relevant changes in law, regulatory requirements and FA requirements.
- Team Managers do not have to attend matches, but they are responsible for electronically paying team fees and the organisation of team fixtures. Team Managers can also be Players. Team Managers must appoint an Assistant Manager. Your Assistant Manager is only there as an additional point of contact to help organise teams in the Team Manager’s absence.
- Team Managers are responsible for and must pay payment team fees electronically no later than 24 hours before each fixture. It is not the responsibility of Elite Sixes to chase players for payment.
- Team Managers are responsible to keep a list of their players names & contact details and any relevant medical information in case of any emergency
- Team Managers are responsible for organising the team for each game and checking fixtures in advance.
- A team entry form must be completed if a Team Manager wishes to assign the role to another player and the other player must sign and date the form. Payments will continue to be the responsibility of the original Team Manager until we confirm receipt of this new team entry form.
- Team Managers and Assistant Managers do not have to attend all games, but they must inform the League Manager as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the fixture as to who is managing and responsible for the team in their absence.
- If you are unable to make a fixture, please note that a £20 cancellation fee is payable electronically 24hrs in advance of this fixture. This allows us time to try to arrange an alternative game for your opponents and covers venue and administration costs.
- Failure to pay the £20 cancellation fee electronically by no later than 24 hours before the fixture will result in the full match fee being charged which will need to be paid electronically within 5 days from the missed payment, to bring the account up to date for the next fixture.
- If you cancel on the match day and we cannot arrange a game for your opponents you will be charged for both fees, which must be paid electronically within 5 days from the match day.
- If your team fails to show for two consecutive weeks, your team will be removed from the league and you will be charged an amount equivalent to four full match fees to cover venue and administration costs, which must be paid electronically within 5 days of the second consecutive fixture your team fails to show for. Failure to pay electronically in full within this period may result in legal action being taken.
- If an opponent fails to show for a match, the team will automatically be awarded a 3-0 win. In addition, if the referee manages to arrange an alternative match for you, should you lose this match, you will still receive a 3-0 victory and show as a clean sheet. If you score more than 3 goals, your additional goals will count. Payment electronically will still be required.
- Elite Sixes reserves the right to terminate your agreement at any time.
- There shall be no refunds if a venue closes during a season.
- Your agreement with Elite Sixes leagues, allows us to take photographs of your team for marketing and social media purposes. Please inform Elite Sixes in writing if you do not wish your photograph or anyone in your team does not wish for their photograph to be taken or used for this purpose.
- If we have gaps in the league, the League Manager will arrange a game. This means you will still have a fixture and a game will be organised that will be played for points.
- If there are two gaps in a league an Elite Match up fixture will be created. This means that the two teams that play against an Elite Match up will play against each other for points.
- If your team has entered part-way through a current season you will start with the points and goal difference from the previous team whose place your team has taken.
- To terminate your agreement with Elite Sixes part-way through a season, you must give four-games’ written notice. This allows Elite Sixes time to replace your team within the league. If we can find a team sooner, you will of course be notified, and your notice period will reduce accordingly.
- The Elite Sixes seasons run back-to-back and you must give two-weeks’ written notice if you want to opt out of the forthcoming new season. Failure to do so, will result in your team being automatically entered for the new season and subject to these terms and conditions.
- Elite Sixes reserves the right to increase match fees at any time due to running costs.
- If your team is removed from the league for behaviour reasons, you will be charged an amount equivalent to four full match fees, which must be paid electronically within 5 days.
- We are a Six-A-Side company but will also offer 5 & 7 aside matches due to size of venues.
- By signing the ‘sign up form’ you agree to indemnify Elite Sixes from any liability for personal injury or lost/damaged property while playing in the Elite Sixes leagues.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you, your Assistant Manager and your Players arrange their own personal insurance cover if they wish to do so.
- With any Players in your team aged 16 or 17 years as their Manager it is your responsibility to ensure their safety in compliance with FA and legal requirements.
- If a Player is shown a yellow card, they will be sin binned for 1-5 minutes depending on referee advice.
- If a Player has been shown a red card the Player will be asked to leave the facilities and you will be charged £10 payable electronically within 5 days. The Team Manager must provide the referee with the Player’s full name and this could result in a Player ban from Elite Sixes.
- If a Player throws a punch or kicks a player, the player will be sent off and will be disciplined by the League Manager which could result in a Player/Team ban from Elite Sixes.
- Any Player that persistently gives abuse, physical abuse or throws a punch or kick towards the referee will result in an immediate ban from Elite Sixes.
- Elite Sixes reserves the right to remove any Player or Team from their league that do not meet the required standards set by the venue & Elite Sixes.
- Elite Sixes reserves the right to remove any Player from the league without giving reason.
- Elite Sixes reserves the right to report behavioural issues to the FA.
- Elite Sixes will reverse match scores if the winning team fails to comply with its electronic payment obligations in relation to that fixture.

Football is physically challenging and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include the risk of personal injury.
Rules
- You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.
- You must not participate if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
- You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by the venue or the referee.
- We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating if you are in any doubt. We are not responsible for arranging or providing any first aid or medical treatment.
- All Players must check that the playing surface and other conditions are safe for playing competitive football. If you feel it is not safe report your findings to the referee and DO NOT start the match. Elite Sixes Ltd will then decide if you should be reimbursed for match fees.
- It is your responsibility to arrange your own insurance cover for all and any injuries, damage or loss.
- You must follow all FA, Government and venue Covid-19 guidelines.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, attending and/or playing at fixtures is entirely at your risk.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property or belongings while attending and/or playing at fixtures.

- We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
